Description: The AdriEATic project aims to: improve the level of knowledge on sustainable fishing actions and best practices in EU among teachers of hotel and cooking schools; introduce the good practice of the “narrative menu” so that restaurants become places of knowledge of values such as the seasonality of fish products and the sustainability of their consumption; encourage interactions between fishing cooperatives and the restaurant sector.

Area Europa’s Role: Area Europa is partner of the project and develops modules on best practices of sustainable fishing in Europe and in the Adriatic Sea and on narrative menus.
